From September 15th until October 15th...
It's National Hispanic Heritage Month. The official website invites the nation to: "join in paying tribute to the generations of Hispanic Americans who have positively influenced and enriched our nation and society."
However, the contributions to society from Americans of different backgrounds and cultures should be constantly celebrated; do not let your appreciation and awareness of the Hispanic experience in America be confined to this month-long-period!
