Posted by Anny Zhang on Jan 10, 2018 10:00:00 PM

Hi, Folks!

This week we will see the difference between CODO (Spanish) and CODE (English).

CODO = ELBOW

Example:                                                                                                           Ayer me caí de la bici y me desgarré el codo del jersey.
Yesterday I fell off my bike and I ripped the elbow of my sweater.

CODE = CÓDIGO

Example:
Según el código penal, su delito es castigado con una pena de 20 años de cárcel.

According to the penal code, his crime carries a sentence of 20 years in prison.
